Located on Gaskin Avenue South in the heart of Douglas, we've built our reputation on one simple belief: when you treat ingredients with respect, they tell their own story. That's why our sourdough has a five-day culture, why our fruit fillings come from local orchards, and why we close early rather than serve day-old goods.
